We select staff who display the ability to provide purposeful and relevant learning experiences that cater for different student learning needs as outlined in the Western Australian Curriculum, employing research based high impact teaching strategies.
Our aim is that our staff develop a supportive and positive classroom environment, possess effective interpersonal skills and are able to work collaboratively and effectively in a professional learning community setting, whilst displaying an ability to elicit positive student behaviour using an educative approach.
Our staff have a commitment to inclusive education and a strategic approach in planning for improved student outcomes, and the capacity to differentiate the curriculum to meet the needs of students with a range of achievement levels, language backgrounds and learning difficulties. Our staff are committed to maximising the engagement and progress of all students.
